Hi- I am trying to figure all of this computer stuff out,I'm new to this. I am looking for people to converse with who are possibly interested in issues I am intersted,for discussion or debate.
Although I always find discussion more comfortable and pleasant. I am very interested in Buddhism. I enjoy going ot the Chakrasambara center in Chelsea,NY if anyone knowsof or has heard of it. I am an avid follower of Thich Nhat Hanh and am awaiting his coming to this country this summer for a weeklong retreat. I went two years ago and it was absolutely wonderful,lifechanging. As for a bit more personal info,I am 40 now,a little hard to take but it is what it is. I have been working in the same psychiatric hospital I grew up in,only kidding, I have been there for thirteen years-working that is and I work part -time  in a childrens. shelter. Part of the reason I am hoping to find some people to converse with is I work until midnight and am not usually settled at home until around 12:30-1:00 am. and I find most people don't like to be called at that hour,although sometimes interesting conversations can be had with people who are half asleep. Well,I'm rambling so enough about me.
